beds at a workforce housing establishment in Alexander, ND. Must have sales experience. Oil industry experience a plus. Very

Direct and supervise drilling operations in a manner that will ensure safety and profitability. - Engineer and manage
all aspects of the drilling process from inception to completion. - Manage operational implementation of drilling projects
for new wells, and in consultation with well engineers, design safe and efficient completions, work-overs and stimulations - Lead, manage and coordinate day to day planning and operations with drilling foremen or consultants and contractors related
to assigned projects, ensuring cost effective, and efficient performance - Maintain effective communications throughout
the drilling and well completions departments, and with internal clients ensuring project coordination within the company - establish measurement criteria for operations and regularly and systematically appraise and evaluate results against standards - Participate in the short term and long term objectives and capital and expense budgets ensuring compatibility with support
and overall company goals and objectives - maintain high standards of technical competence in drilling, new trends, techniques,
and drilling operations
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in engineering required (GPA is vital) -Minimum of 5 years experience in well planning and
horizontal drilling engineering, demonstrated knowledge of drilling safety and well control principles -The candidates
experience should include US land (Permian Basin, Williston Basin and Appalachian Basin) -Must be able to direct and
influence a team of internal and contractor personnel toward the delivery of expected results and performance

client has a rich history that goes back to the 1920s. they are a midsized independent E&P that is debt free and liquid.
Currently they hold 30 leases in the Permian Basin and looking to expand by an additional 30 by year end 2013. The company
